Sample Submission Form

When shipping samples to Whatman BioScience, we request that submission meet the following requirements;

Samples should be shipped overnight delivery, on dry ice.
Each sample should be dispensed in individually identified tubes containing a minimum volume of 50 ml of serum per comparison.*
Regulatory biohazard documentation must accompany shipments. Shipments not meeting Federal Regulatory Transportation guidelines will be rejected.
Samples should clearly indicate contents to be analyzed.

* Required volume may be reduced upon mutual agreement.
